Today, was the first full day back to school since Christmas Break! I was well rested until my alarm went off at 6:30am. I haven't woken up that early in three weeks. Ha! Only in Ohio does it flood one week, blizzard the next with below zero temperatures, and now its in the 50's and raining. I stood outside with my after school program students with just this cozy sweater on and it felt great. It almost feels like Spring. :) Some people took the warmer temperatures too far though. My mom and I saw a few people shopping this weekend in shorts. Eeek! It's not that warm people!
Well, tomorrow I'm going to a computer geek conference in Columbus! Ha! I'm excited to better my technology teaching skills. I'm very anxious to learn more ways to use the school iPads and iPods with my students.

What a great cozy sweater, love the boots too. Have fun at your conference, I have one on Wednesday.ReplyDelete
Oh my gosh what a cute and comfy sweater! It's been tough getting back into the regular schedule since we haven't had a regular school week in a long, long time!ReplyDelete
What a cozy sweater! I love it! I need something like that since I am always so cold. I was rough having to get up early and get back into the swing of things. I think by Wednesday, we will all be dragging at school. This is some crazy weather we've been having. The kindergartners I work with think that it is spring and winter is over. I had to tell them that it's going to get cold in a couple of days. Have fun at your conference! They are always fun to go to and you learn a lot that you can't wait to use at school.ReplyDelete
I love this sweater! Yay for being back to school too. You seem to really enjoy it, so that's pretty awesome. I heard an Ohio joke, "you know you live in Ohio when you use your heater and air conditioner all in the same day" whomp whomp!ReplyDelete
I am loving this sweater and the boots!! I am struggling to get back in to the groove after break!! I think we are ready for spring here!! Blessings! SusanReplyDelete
you look cozy. I know in Michigan they are having the same issue. My cousin has be complain about all the snow day the kids are having.ReplyDelete
That open cardigan is gorgeous. Is it houndstooth? Great 2-tone boots too. I want some. And Ohio has the same weather as Michigan so I totally understand.ReplyDelete
I am now all caught up with your blog. Stop by mine whenever you like. Happy 2014! Ada. =)
Isn't it amazing that we can look cute and still cozy at the same time? Thats why I love long sweaters..great for winter days! You look fab dear! I'm so behind on my blog lately :-\ I gotta get caught up!ReplyDelete
Ooh, I really like your cozy cardigan, Amy! I used to only like cardigans with buttons, but I'm finally starting to realize the merits of open front cardigans as well (plus, it's not like I button up my other cardigans frequently anyways!!). I love your boots as well. I think they would be a great happy medium if you couldn't decide on brown boots or black boots! :)ReplyDelete
