Will Work For Shoes

This week the weather is getting warmer each day!!! Yay! My mom and I are starting to walk after work at my new apartment neighborhood. It's such a beautiful area surrounded with sidewalks, ponds, and wooded areas. I love that the weather is warm enough to walk and enjoy. I also have a massage scheduled this week, which will be great and relaxing. It's getting close to the end of the school year and you can feel it in the students attitudes, the weather, and all of the fun events scheduled for May! It's exciting to have so many fun things planned for the students, such as picnics, field day, talent show, etc.

Catch Bliss Boutique Skirt

We had a beautiful weekend in the 70's, but lately it's been in the low 50's. This skirt is a must have this Spring! Colorblock Stripes

Spring Break was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and I enjoyed every moment of it because school and life has gotten very busy again! Over Spring Break, I went to see Cinderella at the movie theater with my mom and nan. It was sooooo good. I have loved every version of Cinderella, but wow this one was amazing. I absolutely loved her dress to the ball because it was HUGE and so princess-like. My mom and nan enjoyed it too. We decided we have to buy it as soon as it comes out because it's  movie we could watch over and over again.
As soon as I got back to school it was time for me to move to a new/cheaper apartment. I wanted to save money and I found the cutest apartments ever. They are actually a way better deal too. I'm the first person to live in this apartment, which is the cherry on top. :) We were able to move everything in a week and we turned in the keys to the old apartment today. That takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. It feels so good to be done moving. Moving is such a stressful thing. How do you feel about moving?

I just love this sweater. I love how the stripes are color blocked from black to pink. It's different, but still classy.

My boots are officially put away for the spring and summer. I am keeping my rain boots out for this rainy spring weather though. Yay for Spring!!!!! This past weekend it was in the 70's and it was perfect weather. I enjoyed it so much!!!

Booties Outfit!

My booties have been on repeat for this in between winter and spring weather. I have loved wearing them the past couple of weeks with any outfit that I could come up with. I honestly looked up "Booties Outfits" on Pinterest to come up with lots of ideas. All of my outfits were planned around my shoes. Do you ever plan outfits around a pair of shoes that you love and want to wear so badly?
I feel like a do that a lot! Ha!

Embroidered

I have been loving embroidered everything recently. I saw this shirt and as soon as I tried it on I knew I had to have it! I actually wore this outfit on my birthday because it was going to be 70 degrees. It was the warmest day it had been in a long time. March is always an unpredictable weather month in Ohio. I've had snow days on my birthday and I've been in shorts and sandals on my birthday. I was lucky to get the warmer weather on my birthday this year. I took my students out for an extra recess that day. :)

Last week, school was super busy with conferences, observations, grade cards, testing, etc. I ended up having very painful tension in my neck and back. I had to leave school one day because it was hurting so badly. I went to urgent care and they gave me medicine that helped a lot. I think all of the stress brought it on. Well, it's finally going away now that I'm relaxing on Spring Break. I'm so thankful!!

Now I'm off to get a massage, which will help my tension even more. I need this total relaxation after such a busy and stressful week. Do you get stressed often? How do you overcome it?

Classy Casual

I'm officially on Spring Break! It feels good to be able to relax this week. Last night, Colin and I went to his grandma's house for dinner with his family. We were celebrating all of the March Birthdays (Colin's Dad, grandma, and me). Dinner and dessert was delicious as usual! She is a wonderful cook!!!!! It was so fun celebrating with them! :)

Casual Outfit

Well hello again blogger world! I've missed you! It's been so busy at school and I've been ill the past couple of weeks with a terrible cough. I hope to get back into the swing of blogging a few times a week at least. I know I will next week because we have Spring Break!

Last week was my birthday and St. Patrick's Day! We had so much fun in the classroom! The sneaky leprechaun visited our classroom and left a mess! We even had a green treat party!

A fun St. Patrick's Day craft! "If I had a pot of gold I would..."

My favorite one that one of my students wrote was "If I had a pot of gold I would buy my mom groceries." It was so sweet! Groceries are pretty expensive unless you are a coupon queen! I wish I was one, but it looks pretty time consuming and difficult.  :)
